SHIPPING PROCESS
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days at our warehouse in Nevada (USA orders) or Surrey (CAN orders.) During peak season (Nov to Jan), orders can take slightly longer to process.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please ensure the shipping address selected can receive all forms of shipment. If the address does not receive USPS, please select express shipping so the package ships with FedEx Express.
Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method - usually 2 to 7 days.

Over $20 USD/CAD (Tax included) = $10.95
Over $100 USCAD = Free Standard Ground Shipping
Express Shipping = $19.95
Air Ship = $34.95
Next Day = $49.95
Tax may be applied to the shipping cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Orders are picked up by carriers Monday-Friday. Transit times from when your order ships out of our warehouse to delivery in your region depend on your location and shipping method, usually 2 to 7 days. - Check your tracking link for the most accurate estimate.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A MILITARY ADDRESS OR P.O. BOX?
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
Packages will be left at the delivery address. Please ensure shipping address is secure as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Your order details
- A tracking number
- A link to track your shipment

You can track your order in two ways:
